Mixed greens salad in ancient dressing as prepared by Food Over 50
Instructions
  1. Rinse and dry all the greens.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the Escarole and Curly Endive, tearing it by hand.
  3. Add the baby Arugula.
  4. Snip and add the tender Upland Cress. Mix all greens before dressing.
  5. Drizzle greens with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Toss gently but very thoroughly before serving.
