Ingredients
- 2 cups Seedless Watermelon
- .25 cup red onion
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp basil (thinly sliced)

Instructions
- Dice watermelon into big chunks, approximately 1” square. Thinly slice the red onion lengthwise, end to end, not crosswise, and separate into individual strands. Combine both ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle in the red wine vinegar. Toss lightly.
- Thinly slice, or ribbon, a few fresh leaves of basil. Sprinkle over the melon salad as garnish and serve.
