Morning fiber boost with psyllium husk Food Over 50 style
Instructions
  1. Combine psyllium husk with water in a tall glass and stir thoroughly.
  2. Top off with 1oz. shot of juice and stir again.
  3. Drink immediately or wait a minute or two for the water soluble psyllium to soften and swell. Either way is fine.
